If the farmer has a C Corp, is he still filing his own Sch F?
I would think you'd have to have your own sch F, plus your own employees, and then the C corp would have to be farming another set of acres, with its own separate employees, to get that many dips in.
But maybe not.
If farmer farms part of the ground as IND has hired employees and part of it as a C-corp that salary is paid to the farmer and there are two sets of books with two tax numbers., looks like would be two separate payments.
Ones that look to win big on this deal are those who have multiple entities they farm under that have different Tax numbers.
