Boone Co. Iowa
Each company that provides a service writes up rules to follow. Then a contract is drawn up and signed by both parties.

Amazon provides services and requires companies that use those services to follow rules in the contract. Break Amazon’s rules, break the contract, lose the service.

The contract with the power/electric company probably doesn’t say anything too particular about “how” you use the electricity.
