Do you see getting through the rapid inflation to the rapid deflation? I had kind of got on the train of thought we may be nearing the end of the dollar and have a new currency in the not so distant future. Is it time to take on more debt (land) or sit back and wait for things to cool off?
No way would take on a bunch of new debt over what a person currently owes. Time to get more liquid vs getting strapped down with more debt. |
