The payments caused by coronavirus that were made to my neighbors caused me economic harm so that makes me harmed by coronavirus and thus eligible for this round of PPP, right?
That appears to be the logic.
Well if somebody in area that farms got $500,000 from PPP-1 and the neighbor that farms got zero PPP-1 would say the guy that got zero has been harmed economically .
So looks like now one that got zero can now apply for PPP-1 to help level the playing field. |
