Don't expect your banks to be able to process these right away. They are only opening the portal on Monday for specific institutions (minority, community development, etc) and banks do not fall in that category. They expect banks to be able to access soon but no date has been given. By the way the access is to a new portal that has not been created yet. US government at work!!!!
