IA | History tells us long term land is a good investment. You buy land when it’s for sale so if you feel it’s a fair price and confidant in your cash flow to get it paid for I would go for it. Not sure if cash will be king in 2-3 years if we go over the bubble or if the guy leveraged to the max will be ahead if we have rapid inflation and the feds are still printing money like it’s going out of style | |
