NW Indiana | Start all over? You inherit 500 acres and you have to figure out a way to pay for say 33% of that over your lifetime and that is starting over? Its just a different fundamental belief. I started from scratch and honestly feel bad for those that didn't. You may not be aware but I'll guarantee you others don't respect those the same that didn't. Likewise no one in the future will live off my money. I believe in making your own way. I know way to many neighbors that have lived off old money and to be honest all but a few it has been sad to watch. My theory is get off your ass and be somebody.
Edit: I'll add my parents money is not my money. How many of you would walk in your parents home and do whatever you want to the house? I would guess none because you don't own it.
