Point is the idea of inheriting a million dollars and complaining you have to pay taxes on it is just like waiting at the mailbox for the next government handout. Only farmers would cry about inheriting a million and having to pay taxes on it.
Why wait until someone dies? Perhaps there should be a 33% tax paid on anything everyone is ever given.
Think of the taxes Christmas will raise every year. People buy things, pay related taxes due, give it to someone, and BAM, 33% more revenue due instantly. Mass revenue generation, and the recipient should just be thankful they get 2/3 of it for free.
