| If you wanted to buy corn with a locked up market you would go to the option pit and buy a nearby option it has no limits so nearby options are trading + 38 or +39 derived from a cost stand point it says if corn had no limit it would be trading +36 cents.
Right now 20K contracts are waiting to buy corn At the limit many of them may have bought Options already and would try to unload those options if corn trades again today.
As off a few minutes ago your could sell a $6.00 July 20 corn option for .24 cents but if exercised on you would be short July corn at $6.00 personally i like the Idea but it is not for everybody | |
