| +1. They will put some junior attorneys on this and bleed you dry. We had a pipeline come through our farms in two different time periods. The first time they had me for lunch, once you cash the check you can't get them to do anything. The second time I had everything doccumented and got the money before they started digging and I had to get an attorney involved before they would start the negotiations. If any of you guys decide to signup on a solar farm I would get the money in advance and not look back. Any problems you have after it is installed will be falling on very deaf ears. Ron | |
