| You must have a really good job in town. I have always taken the longest RE payoffs that I could . It seems like there was never enough money to even think about prepaying RE loans. If I had a good year there was always some piece of machinery I needed or some tile. I have been making RE Mortgage payments for over 40 years. The first years were tough and I still have a few payments to make but the payments are relatively small compared to sales even in a tough year. If you can afford to make bigger payments maybe you should have bought more land. | |
