| From time to time shares of a privately held local bank come up for sale. I currently don't own any so don't have access to any shareholder info.
When there is a sale, usually an estate closing out via sealed bids, bank publishes a statement of basic financial info based at time of previous sale.
That all looks good, very reputable, been around a very long time.
Local bank stocks good to own? Good way to diversify? Local banks do ok in this environment or what may lie ahead with recession/inflation?
Thanks. | |
