North Central Illinois | Yep that was back in April. Someone who had a heart attack and died but tested positive for Covid was classified as a Covid death. Right or wrong I suppose it could go either way. Someone who died in a car crash and was positive was NOT classified as a Covid death. Their reporting methods were goofy af the onset. There were people on this board and other places claiming that any death was being classified as Covid related and that is 100% false. If you want to cut it by 25% or even 50% does it really make a difference? Is it really not a big deal if only 200,000 people died instead of 400,000? | |
