Your statement that Ross would just become a company of Mexico was assinie, to really think they can't track the company if it changes names or even ownership. They can even track them if they change ownership 5 times.

As for your second argument do you really think nobody can tell when copy cat products show up .

The main difference between the two programs is one punishes the companies that are violators the other punishes the country and all companies in that country weather they are violators or not .

So that when the daughter of the president moves her production line from the US to China the adminastration doesn't get to exempt that industry, but it is dealt as a sole business that gets their sales taxed.

And I fully expect you to respond with another set of things that are easy to dispute and refute, but you believe and want to prove that trade wars are easy to win. The Truth is trade wars are tough and take a lot of smart people looking at all the angles. Trump had some smart people working on this he just would not listen to them and thought he was way smarter than them. Sad truth is he is not at all smart and it showed.

The phrase about us having to pay China was a mocking of trump
