Just got a dusting of snow here. But I honestly can't ever recall a good moisture event between the dates of about Jan 10th to March 1st. Just too much winter here most years. When there is quite a bit of snow it is just light dusty blizzard type stuff that ends up off the fields in a ditch and around your buildings.
