provost, AB | Will be USA workers south of the 49th. Alot of guys are busy building the trans mountain line going to Burnaby. Some of it will be redirected into refineries at Seattle but nobody has told Biden that yet. Local welder was out of work (wasnt on K-XL) now he's busy with this one until it's finished.
Keystone XL is almost an overflow that's essentially not needed.... once Trans Mountain is in operational next year. | |
