Ethanol price tracks corn closely in the front month. Very successful plant by me immediately hedges all the corn they buy on the board. There just isn’t a good way to hedge deferred ethanol from what I understand.
The gentleman that manages risk for the Adams, NE plant posts on here every now and then. He is one sharp dude. Maybe he can offer some information.
