I’m 38 still buying land kids are 5-13 what should I be doing to overcome this if and when I want retire? Do a stress test on your balance sheet to determine how negatively a 40% correction in the value of your land would affect your borrowing ability. In the Meantime, I’d advise hitting the pause button on any further major land acquisitions until we clearly see how this debacle is gonna play out. |
