Talking about bankers farming in that neck of the woods reminded me of tricky Ricky... is he still farming?
Yup, got past 160 acres he rents numerous times a year.
He lost couple hundred acres for 2021 that sold . Guess he probably got some type of settlement deal not to farm it for 21 to get rid of him. He has a screwy written rental agreement contract that he concocted, where land owner has to terminate him by I thing it is around June., for the next crop year. Has been more than one landowner that didn't read the fine print, that got educated by him when they sold or got somebody else to farm their ground. |
