Subject: SEC rule changes?

Commision free trading was a game changer for the little guy investor/trader, I have to think without that this GME run up would have been near impossible.
That said I can't believe wall street will let this go unchallenged, watched a few things on cnbc analyists saying oh we need to investigate how this happened.

I can't see how any retail traders "broke" any rules, they were just playing the game...

What if any rule changes do you see coming? On some platforms you have to have a $25,000 account balance to day trade.
I wonder if they might make a similar rule to trade options? Thoughts?
