I think its too early to look at the drought map. We've been dry no doubt but currently we have 3-4" of snow on the ground. Tile lines that were dry all fall have start running water again. We have 1" of rain predicted for tomorrow and more next week. Looks like maybe a wetter pattern coming. We can pick up alot of moisture between now and april.
