Yes, he is undoing the damage done by that seditious simpleton you supported the last four years. I frankly wish the Executive Order did not exist. Obama, Trump, and now most likely Biden have used and abused it terribly. It has become a work around for radical policies that a president can't get through Congress. I guess that is always what it has been but it just seems like it has really been abused in the last few administrations. I really think we would be better off without it.
