That's one of the dumbest things I heard from you, you want land to go down half to beat out of taxes? So they will then take more than half in taxes of what's left so you end up with 1/4 of your money that is worth half of what it's worth so you add it all up and you end up with nothing. So you think you can make money because land would be free.?


Your post shows that you have a lack of understanding about exceeding estate tax limits.. Higher land values are a liability when trying to keep a farming operation intact trying to pass on to the next generation. Would rather have ground valued @ $5000 acre instead of $10,000., $20,000 would be real nightmare.
