All I can say is suck it up buttercup and quit whining. Look at the markets. Good grief. Pretty sure there are other people that need the money way more than you.
It does not appear, from what I can figure out, that it is going to people that need it more. The money is not flowing as planned and agreed to, but just flipped around to some favored projects.
It appears rural America is and will be punished for not voting along with the city folk over the last several elections.
Perhaps the rural regions were rewarded some for 4 years there.
That would be market worthy discussion, as to what comes in the future, and how to prepare for it.
