EC Nebraska | Just so everybody is clear, the $30 billion he's talking about is NOT CFAP3 or any of the other funds appropriated in the Christmas Omnibus bill. It's the CCC fund that was used to pay for MFP.
Basically the CCC has $30 billion that they can spend for agriculture how ever they wish. So starting farmland carbon bank pilot projects really is within the authority of the fund. | |
