Good read. Government USED to be “for the people”. Now government is “for themselves”. It has become a place of elitism where a person can go to push their own agenda, tell us the peons what to do, and the ultimate goal is to pad their own bank accounts.

There is still a few good people who get into politics who really want to do what’s right. Unfortunately many are doing it for the money and big pension at the end and maybe an insider tip to become quite wealthy. Government in my mind has gotten out of control.

As bad as Trumps voice got him into trouble. He was one of, if not the only President that truly wanted to help the USA become what it should be. He saw the corrupt swamp but I don’t think even he realized how many people that deep swamp held. He is only one man against so many people who bonded together to get this one man who wanted to expose the corruptness but ultimately was too big, too many people and with BIG BIG pocketbooks, he couldn’t do it.

My Canada is no different. The people in government tell you to shut up (masks, proven to not do anything), and do as you’re told. This statement was given by a high up politician just recently. Government and the elitism is thriving but only for themselves, very sad what this institution “for the people” has become. They protect their own interests and those with BIG money period.
