Get a copy of the IFR for the 2nd draw and read page 6 and page 20.
From what that says Coup is correct.
Banker is aware of this wording but has confirmed with sba multiple times that the 2nd draw cannot be submitted until first draw is done. Also the funds must be dispersed within 10 days of funding so we cannot file now to get the 2nd draw funded since first draw takes 8 weeks minimum to use up. |
