niobrara nebraska | Did a couple streamline in december with Fcs One was a 24 year I had just made my first payment on the farm. It was 3.7, another was a 8.5 year at 3.1. Saved 1.1 and 1.4 off of what I was currently paying. So the shorter term one that I have a very large amount of equity in is basically 2.1 with the dividend. Prouder of that 24 year at 2.7 if it will last. Really makes that farm cash flow at those rates. First land I purchased 10 years ago was at 6.75 interest. So a 4 percent a year in savings changes things. | |
