I think what a lot of folks forget is these bank loans are amortized loans, meaning you pay mostly interest the first half, more or less, of them, mostly tax deductible (nice to have with the extra income from the purchase),,then,,, even though the payments don't change, the last half or so is mostly principal---NOT tax deductable,.. TAXABLE.
