Southern Missouri | Paying down principal on land with after tax dollars ,even if you just pay what’s on your normal payment, is no different than buying any other item that’s not tax deductible,see plenty and I mean plenty of that being bought right now,most of it things that are going to depreciate terribly,boats ,cars ,houses etc ,( I’m guilty)having to make land payments with after tax dollars looks a lot better than all those things. | |
