Around here they are about the best game in town for long term land rates. I’ve considered using another lender if I purchase another farm to “spread risk” if an 80’s type even happened. (Maybe one would work with you better then the other if you could only make interest payments a year or two is my thought).
I’m pretty guilty of overthinking things. But I do know better then to think history doesn’t repeat itself, and to be leery when things look “too good” or “better then normal” |
