| Personally I am glad deals with Mexico and Canada were reached. But after all this discussion here over the weekend... is this what everyone wanted or were some of you actually hoping for the tariffs?
I'm not sure what Trump believes. It seems like he holds no strong convictions actually. Sometimes he talks like he genuinely believes in tariffs as good policy, but then today it was quite clear it was a strong arm tool to negotiate with.
I'm guessing most of you are like me and are relieved it was the latter. Is anyone actually wanting the tariffs to go into effect in 30 days on Canada and Mexico? | |
