What rates of Balance flex and Mesotrione did you run pre? They both are group 27 and running additional 3 oz of it post I would maybe be concerned about rotation to soybeans unless you plan on going corn on corn.
Adding either 1- 1.5 pint of Dual or Acetchlor would give you about 3-5 weeks of additional grass residual with glyphosate killing the emerged grasses assuming you get a rain to activate.
