Subject: Field Cultivator Tire Mark

I've got a 2210 John Deere Field Cultivator with S tines, spike harrow and rolling baskets. One tire on one of the walking tandem's is leaving a divot (the size of the tire) in the ground that is noticeable on all acres so far. My tire pressure is consistent on all tires. I have one tine behind each tire, not dead center, just off to the side a couple inches which is the same set up behind all the tires. Is something off with the way my tines are spaced front to back in this area? Maybe I am throwing too much dirt away from this area that's then not getting thrown back in to keep a consistent level of dirt? Which would leave less dirt right here, which would then give it conditions for leaving a divot? Any thoughts? Is there something else I should look at?
