Although I do not like solar, I have never understood the attempt at the argument of rain runoff being worse or different with solar panels,
The same rain still falls with or without the panels.
The same water soaks in or runs off.
What is different?
Definitely not in favor of solar, just trying to understand the logic of this argument.
