West Central Ohio | Not really answering your question directly, but sort of.
Although condensation can happen, the bigger concern, and one most guys overlook, is moisture migration. This causes most of the out of condition problems seen in grain that has been stored for long periods of time with when the temperature of the grain is significantly different than outside aire temp. The biggest culprit is when grain that has not been properly cooled is held over the winter in cold climates. The result is an area of wet grain in the top center of the bin. Anyone who has stored corn more than once has seen this happen. The opposite can also happen; cold grain/warm outside air but is not as common.
