Rich people have always known hard assets(like gold)hold value over paper currency.
Land is a hard asset.
There’s numourus(tired of fighting spell check it’s easy to wright this whole sentence)millionaires/ even billionaires that have went bust.
Hard asset is always there especially if it’s separate.

It’s funny because we still see Chinese still poor.
But just like a American if there wanting something they will try to get it poor or not.
We have mostly forgot the hunger.
But not totally.

Basically sometime a correction.

Can hard assets collapse, yes.
But in my life time nothing but up with corrections.
Might take 20 yrs get back to center.
