NW IL | I've been laughing at a classified in an IL farm paper this last year. Buyer looking for land to rent back for a 4% return. Unlikely even with the *lower* land levels of the last 2 years.
Auctions around here are still 12+ for top ground as of about a month ago. Listings at 13+. A couple more auctions in a couple weeks, we'll see how high they end up with this price rally. | |
