So you can call it a failure even though they are abiding by the terms? You need to do more and just proclaim it without a whole lot of background investigation of the many other items in it. You let political blindness you have make claims of things you have no idea of what is happening in the total agreement. So Trump has bulldozers cleaning rain forest? Look at the big picture, ten years ago you would have said no way can the world use the amount of beans produced, and you would have been wrong.
They aren't abiding by the terms at all. Look at the thread above for the exact trade deficit information. Trump did damage to the long term that we will feel several years from now. I'm not a trump hater as I voted for the moron twice. But I don't blindly call something a success just to justify my political stance. It was a failure and my grade school children could use Google and the that information in less than a minute that proves it.
