Seems like the shutdowns will be borne by the private sector as the virus increases. For example, everyone is asking on the local Facebook page why a tire shop is closed. Seems to be Covid with one or more employees. It's almost everyday that they ask why Starbucks in town is closed. They must keep having a merry go round of positive cases. I think businesses will feel required to protect their employees. Maybe they have been all along.

Here in Florida, we just have 10 or 12 or 14 thousand cases, day after day.
