The new requirement to pay overtime isn’t all that big of a deal, you can plan and budget accordingly. It’s the lawsuits for retroactive overtime pay that are a real kick in the nuts. If that doesn’t get thrown out, it’s no longer good enough to comply with the law, you have to anticipate law changes years out and comply with the future changes.
