It's the "strobins" we want to avoid at flowering time for wheat.  Because yes.... they can exasperate the incidence of  Head Scab.

Personally, we use either Prosaro or Caramba as our fungicide choice at the flowering stage of wheat.  One-or-the-other alone at flowering.
