| Soil tests are very good for the most part. The ones that are not very good on on some rough farms. I have been torn on fertilizing for removal vs the efficiency of banding. It has been pounded into our brains that you have to fertilize for removal or you are mining the soil. When I look at fields that have been dry spread and you seed 1 pellet every 6" its also tough to tell me that is doing much good when it doesn't move through the soil profile hardly at all without tillage. | |
