Minimum wage, isn’t supposed to be necessarily a living wage, it’s a way to encourage people to get skills and make more then minimum wage.
The problem I have is, if the person has no skills, and I need to train them, that has value, why can’t that be deducted? For example, I have to train new truck drivers.... why do they deserve more then the training? Now, after they can drive/correctly/safely, then I pay more. | |
