I don't know why everyone is so against Nuclear plants. Yes, there have been 3 accidents around the world with them. Two probably pretty avoidable due to human error from 40+ years ago and 3rd one probably shouldn't have been built so close to the ocean where tsunamis can take it out. However they are a clean and excellent source of power! So put them up in sparsely populated areas and quit cluttering the landscape with wind towers and solar power panels that need a lot of maintenance, and the output is just not there. Nuclear is the biggest bang for our dollar. ( No pun intended) :)


Because it creates toxic waste and God forbid there be a flood, tornado, tsunami, or any other accident. Not to mention the $ and years it takes to decommission a plant. Nuclear power doesn't belong on earth any more. Probably just outer space.
