I think he is referring to untreated water with no AMS in it being used to push the chemical into the spray tank where all of the AMS already is added.
To avoid this, I set up a second, gas powered , pump and meter to pump the chemical directly to the spray tank with a 1 inch line. I mainly only use the inductor for the AMS and adjuvants.
