Hopkinsville, KY | Did a whole seminar on this at the 2011 national notill meeting. Threat the bulk supply first and only first. Then you are good. No need to worry about tie up. I’d recommend a tds detector and a ph meter. Most don’t know their water well enough to say if they are correct or not. Send a sample to a lab one a year see what you are using. Calcium is bad, but iron, magnesium, and high pH can wreck you as well
