Not sure about Farm Credit in your neck of the woods, but “here” Farm Credit has been writing sizable patronage checks back every Spring. If memory serves me correctly, it amounts to about a 1 1/2% reduction in the interest rate. My loan officer says he sees that continuing for the foreseeable future. For whatever it worth.
