Was 1.5% plus the usual stuff like title work, appraisal, etc. This was Farmer Mac 2 which is a government guaranteed loan.
Thanks was wondering how it compared to Farm Credit. Only cost with Farm Credit is title work cost, don't pay for anything else. Sounds a lot easier to deal with Farm Credit that what you had to do in the other post to get your loan done.
