| I know 3.6% is a good deal. Just thought I would be able to find a better rate from what I have heard about housing loans. I know I am making this purchase, and just trying to get lowest rate possible to take advantage of the current situation. You guys that made it at 14% should be proud you made it work.
The farm credit patronage does make their rate pretty attractive. Thanks for the responses.
